Mr. Lee, I just finished your book (on audio). Thank you for the work that you put into the book and for sharing your learnings in this way. When I went to our work out room to try the technique for the first time, I saw our Chi Machine (rarely used) and began to wonder how using a machine like that may or may not be similar to practicing the techniques you describe in your book? I would be quite interested to hear your feedback. The principles seem the same to me, are they?

Dear all,

Today was my first day at Dahn Yoga in NM. It was an enlightening experience. There are so many internal issues, that hold me back in life, that I would like to overcome. Sprituality is a gift and only one who is spiritual, in this particular sense, can understand and grasp the feeling/meaning. I feel I can not connect with many individuals including intimate relationsips. I have experienced many painful situations and feel fortunate to have gone through all that pain (although I do have some gray hair:), otherwise I would not have reached out to find what I have been lacking and have lost throughout all these years. My soul... Can anyone relate? Thank you.

I am a Dahn Instructor, and I am happy with my wages, my relationships ( I have a girl friend) my job, my car (yes I have a car) and my Seuseungnim. I am happy that Ilchi Lee has a Private Jet, he travels all over the world sharing health, happiness and peace. He doensn't go to the Carribean and relax, he is the hardest working person I know. I am SO happy that he has the success he deserves, and I am happy with the life I live.

[...] Ilchi Lee says without knowing our True Selves, we cannot know True Love. So far, we have known only selfish love, egotistical love, controlling love, and domineering love. We have sought to use love as a tool to conquer and win. Even a porcupine loves its young. Even a lowly rodent knows to die for its offspring. Love based on blood is not True Love.
[...] Practitioners with good energy circulation may not experience Jin-dong at first. But, eventually, every practitioner experiences Jin-dong, the vibration of life. In other cases, practitioners may not know that they are experiencing Jin-dong because the vibration is so delicate. When individuals persist with the practice and certain parts of the body are revitalized, even healthy people can experience Jin-dong. Reed another article by Ilchi Lee. [...]
