Additionally, the news provider reports that another benefit to the exercise is that it teaches pregnant women how to breathe deeply, a lesson they can take with them to the delivery room.
Jones is not alone in taking pre-natal yoga classes as a way to prepare for her baby, the practice has become popular over the past few years as some experts have noted the benefits.
