Sugar

By widemother on Oct. 1, 2007.

Because I can feel my body so much better after two years of Brain Education training, I can really feel how detrimental sugar is to my body. My head becomes foggy and achy, my cheeks become a little achy, my abdomen goes numb, my anxiety level increases, my spleen meridian starts to ache. Is it worth it? How does your body feel when you eat sugar?

  5. When I eat sugar I realize my true craving is the sweet domination of mind and spirit a well-orchestrated cult can bring. Master, I appeal unto you in this agonizing moment of cookie consumption; educate my brain and lift up my soul so that I may free myself from the bitter chains of junk-food devotion!
