Sugar

Because I can feel my body so much better after two years of Brain Education training, I can really feel how detrimental sugar is to my body. My head becomes foggy and achy, my cheeks become a little achy, my abdomen goes numb, my anxiety level increases, my spleen meridian starts to ache. Is it worth it? How does your body feel when you eat sugar?

When I am so tired, I want to eat some sugar such as chocolate.
After having some chocolate, I feel more energetic.
But, much sugar makes me fat.

When I eat sugar I realize my true craving is the sweet domination of mind and spirit a well-orchestrated cult can bring. Master, I appeal unto you in this agonizing moment of cookie consumption; educate my brain and lift up my soul so that I may free myself from the bitter chains of junk-food devotion!
