It was an enlightening experience. There are so many internal issues, that hold me back in life, that I would like to overcome. Sprituality is a gift and only one who is spiritual, in this particular sense, can understand and grasp the feeling/meaning. I feel I can not connect with many individuals including intimate relationsips. I have experienced many painful situations and feel fortunate to have gone through all that pain (although I do have some gray hair:), otherwise I would not have reached out to find what I have been lacking and have lost throughout all these years.
