Love and Healing

Yesterday I finally accepted that, while it might not be a grand, clear career goal, what my heart wants is love and healing in every moment 
Thank you to Ilchi Lee for starting an education system that awakens people’s minds and hearts and helps them to know they can achieve their heart’s desire through their brain!

All praises unto our Master IIchi Lee. Where would I be without the brain education I have received throught he miracle that is Lee? How much more money would I have in my brokerage and savings accounts? I don’t know the answers to these questions; but I can guarantee that I would not be achieving my heart’s desire… through my brain!!

It is inspiring to learn the system of exercises, thinking and action that Ilchi Lee has put together over the past 30 years. Whether called Dahn Yoga, Brain Education, or another course type and name, the philosophy and practices are integrated, powerful, practical and wonderful.

Dear all,
Today was my first day at Dahn Yoga in NM. It was an enlightening experience. There are so many internal issues, that hold me back in life, that I would like to overcome. Sprituality is a gift and only one who is spiritual, in this particular sense, can understand and grasp the feeling/meaning. I feel I can not connect with many individuals including intimate relationsips. I have experienced many painful situations and feel fortunate to have gone through all that pain (although I do have some gray hair:), otherwise I would not have reached out to find what I have been lacking and have lost throughout all these years. My soul… Can anyone relate? Thank you.
