Hugs

Hugs are part of Ilchi Lee’s Brain Education. They help people to feel more open, friendly, warm, and fuzzy inside. Hugs force them to lessen their tendency to protect themselves and to trust others more. Hugs make a positive brain and positive brains make you feel healthy, happy, and peaceful. Yay for hugs!

At the 3rd Annual International Brain HSP Olympiad in August, Dr. Wesson said in his lecture at the conference portion that people need at least 16 hugs or other human contact a day for emotional maturity (that’s how I think he put it). He recommended lots of hugs every day. Have you had a hug today?

I always like hugs and now, thanks to Dahn, I know why. I don’t hesitate any more, I feel I am a champion hugger. I am happy to coach others on the Art of Hugging!
